ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

1 Infilare nella sede del binario superiore PR2170001A il fermo superiore PS20FSXX01 e fis- sarlo. 2 Infilare i pattini superiori in plastica PS20PS9001 o PS20PS8B02 o in alluminio PS21PS7001 (que- sto solo se si monterà un’anta in legno) nel binario superiore. Successivamente infilare il secondo fermo superiore e fissarlo. 3 Avvitare al cappello del mobile il binario supe- riore. 4 Infilare nella sede del binario inferiore PR03XX00XA i fermi inferiori PS03FEXX02 e fis- sarli. 5 Inserire il binario inferiore nel fondo fresato del mobile. 6 Per ante in legno montare i premontaggi pattini PS21PPXX01 nelle sedi superiori ed inferiori del- l’anta preforata e fissarli con le viti. ATTENZIONE: se vengono utilizzati i pattini superiori in alluminio PS21PS7001, l’anta in legno deve essere forata come indicato nel disegno tecnico n° 5 a pag. 7 in quanto necessita di 2 sedi per barilotto nella parte superiore e di due sedi per premontaggio pat- tino plastica PS21PPXX01 nella parte inferiore. 7a Per ante in alluminio, inserire nella parte infe- riore fresata dell’anta i perni inferiori con pinna PS21PIXX02, le squadrette di bloccaggio TE04XX0026 e fissare il tutto tramite viti VP12104018. 7b I perni inferiori con pinna dovranno essere inse- riti anche nella parte inferiore dell’anta in legno e fissati ai premontaggi pattini porte in legno tramite viti VP12104018. Montaggio anta scorrevole con profilo PR2170001A 1 Slide into the upper rail’s seat the upper lock PS20FSXX01 and fix it. 2 Insert then the plastic upper slides PS20PS9001 or PS20PS8B02 or the aluminium ones PS21PS7001 (this only when a wooden door is assembled) and end sliding into the upper rail the second upper lock fixing it. 3 Screw to the furniture’s top the upper rail. 4 Insert and fix into the lower rail’s seat the lower lock PS03FEXX02. 5 Apply into the grooved furniture’s bottom the lower rail. 6 Pre-hole the wooden door to apply on the top and on the bottom of it the plastic pre-assembly system PS21PPXX01 and screw them. WARNING: when using aluminium upper slides PS21PS7001 the wooden door must be holes following technical drawing n. 5 as it needs two holes for cross dowel on the top and two holes for the plastic pre-assem- bly system on the bottom. 7a When applying the aluminium doors insert into the lower grooved part of it the plastic lower pins with fin PS21PIXX02, the blocking squares TE04XX0026 and fix them both with screws VP12104018. 7b The plastic pins with fin must also be applied on the bottom of the wooden door screwing them to the pre-assembly system with the screw VP12104018.
